My Work
About Me
Hello, I am Alexander Fazlollahi, a recent graduate of the University of San Francisco with a degree in Architecture and a minor in Architectural Engineering.
My passion for architecture stems from a desire to create spaces that both fulfill people’s visions and address real-world challenges. I see architecture as a balance between creativity and problem-solving, where thoughtful design can shape environments that are functional, beautiful, sustainable, and socially responsible.
Since graduating, I have continued developing my professional experience as an Architectural Intern at Vadim Podrobinok Architect (VPA). Through this role, I have gained hands-on experience in multiple phases of the design process, including schematic design, construction documentation, permit coordination, code compliance review, consultant coordination, and Revit modeling. Working on residential, commercial, and public-sector projects has strengthened my technical skills while reinforcing the importance of collaboration, attention to detail, and client focused design.
I am especially interested in sustainability, innovation, and community engagement, as well as exploring how thoughtful design can promote environmental responsibility while enhancing collective well being. I hope to continue developing my skills and contributing to projects that create a positive impact for both the environment and the people who inhabit these spaces.
In addition, I am bilingual in English and Spanish and proficient in a wide range of design and technical software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArcGIS, Twinmotion, D5 Render, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI visualization tools, which I use to bring creative concepts to life and effectively communicate design ideas.
