This project consisted of the adaptive reuse of an existing commercial tenant space into a new residential dwelling unit in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities included site analysis, space planning, building code research, permit coordination, and the preparation of comprehensive construction documents. The project involved developing demolition and proposed architectural plans, elevations, sections, lighting and power layouts, Title 24 energy compliance documentation, CALGreen requirements, construction details, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support permitting and construction.
